1 C chopped dark chocolate (or semi-sweet chips)
⅓ C heavy cream
¼ C honey
1 T coconut oil
½ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
Combine chocolate, cream, honey, and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl and microwave for 20 seconds.
Stir and microwave for another 20 seconds. At this point you should be able to finish melting the chocolate just by stirring, but if you need to, you can continue to microwave in 5 second bursts.
Stir in vanilla and salt.
Serve on everything. Keep in a jar in the fridge for up to a week. Reheat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
Feel free to substitute another type of chocolate here, but I’d avoid going any higher than 73% cacao for the chocolate, as it can sometimes have difficulty melting smoothly.
